We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. If your location isn’t eligible, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to fulfill before being shipped out.
Delivery Time
Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:
- North America: 4-9 business days
- Europe: 10-14 business days
- International: 12-18 business days
Duties and Taxes
Shipments outside of the USA may incur additional customs and tax fees, which are assessed by your local customs office and are out of our control. Customs policies vary, so please check with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.
Order Tracking Details
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in your carrier’s system.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
