Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Lefties’ Rights purchase, you can return any items within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and unworn or unused. We are happy to exchange or refund the item via the original payment method. Please note that we cannot refund postage, but we will exchange any item free of charge.

Return Process

For returns or any questions, please contact us at orders@leftiesrights.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Problems

Each item is printed to order, crafted specifically for you upon purchase. By producing items on demand rather than in bulk, we actively reduce overproduction and minimize our environmental impact.

If you've ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us immediately at orders@leftiesrights.com so we can adjust your order before printing and shipping.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email a picture of the damaged product to orders@leftiesrights.com. We will assess the situation and arrange for an exchange or refund.

Misused Products

Products that have been misused or not washed according to normal instructions cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
